Charles Schaffer Associates LLC was established in 1980 as a design oriented architectural firm located in Sussex County, New Jersey. CSA LLC has provided and achieved the reputation for a high level of professional architectural services for a wide spectrum of successful projects including religious, commercial, industrial, municipal and residential buildings. Our non-residential buildings range in construction costs from $200,000 to $8,000,000 and our residential buildings from $50,000 to $4,000,000. Many of our clients have been with CSA LLC for over 40 years and a large portion of our work is repeat business as well as referrals.
